We require the following details to ensure optimal service:
Date of service
Flight details (flight number, arrival/departure time, connecting flight details if applicable)
Number of passengers
Cabin class (e.g., Economy, Business, First Class)
Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
Any additional requests or details you deem relevant.
3. Which airports do you operate at?
We primarily operate at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) and can arrange services at other major airports upon request.

We offer various services tailored to your needs:
Arrival Service: Your host meets you upon arrival and assists you from the plane (optional) through immigration, baggage claim, and to your onward transportation.
Departure Service: Your host meets you at the airport entrance, assists with check-in, security, and guides you to your departure gate.
Transit Service: For connecting flights, your host meets you upon arrival, assists with transfer procedures, and guides you to your next departure gate.
Porter Service (Add-on): Dedicated assistance with your luggage from arrival points to your transport, or from the airport entrance to check-in.
4. How do I book a Meet & Greet service?
You can easily book our services through our website's booking form. Please provide your flight details, desired date, number of passengers, and any special requests.

6. Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking your service as far in advance as possible, especially during peak travel seasons, to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on host availability.
7. How will I recognize my host at the airport?
Your dedicated host will be waiting for you at the agreed meeting point, clearly displaying a sign with your name or your company logo.
8. How many passengers does one host cover?
All standard services include one dedicated host. For larger groups, please contact us for customized arrangements.
9. Can I add extra hours to my service?
Yes, you can add additional hours to your booking, which is highly recommended in case of unforeseen delays (e.g., flight delays, long immigration queues) or if you simply prefer extended assistance. This option ensures your host remains available to you.
10. Do you offer Lounge Access?
Yes, Lounge Access can be added to your Meet & Greet service. Your host will escort you to an exclusive airport lounge after security/passport control, where you can relax, enjoy refreshments, and utilize premium facilities before your flight.
11. Do you offer porter service for luggage?
Yes, a Porter Service can be added to your booking. Our porter will assist you with your luggage, from the baggage belt to your transport upon arrival, or from the airport entrance to the check-in desk upon departure.
12. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, or in case of a 'no-show', will incur a 100% charge.
13. Can I make changes to my booking?
Modification requests can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. Changes requested within 72 hours may incur an additional fee.
14. What if my flight is delayed?
We actively monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed, your host will adjust their schedule accordingly. We recommend informing us of any significant changes as soon as possible.
15. What if I can't find my host?
In your booking confirmation, you will receive the direct contact number for your host or our operations team.
